Nearly all of our assets under management consist of permanent capital—assets that are not subject to withdrawal or redemption at the option of the fund investor or shareholder.
Our strategy of organic growth via the compounding and retention of our assets is less sensitive to the market for raising capital and does not require the organizational complexity and expense of a large fundraising operation.
